The side we came up featured views back to Mount Odaray....
The next day's objective was a
climb up to the little bump on the
top of the black ridge in the
foreground. We worked our way
around to a much easier scramble
up a ridge on the other
side.....still enough of a challenge
that a rope provided a great
psychological boost. On the way
down that section was easy to go
around instead of having to
"down-climb" it, because it's often
harder to go down a pitch than up!
